Mr. Tilman practices law in three major areas: Family Law, Criminal Defense and Personal Injury. While Mr. Tilman may from time to time assist clients with other things such as wills and corporations, our main focus is on what we do best.

Mr. Tilman will be more than happy to assist you with all your family law needs including, divorce (both contested and uncontested), custody, child support, visitation, pre-nuptial agreements, guardianship, adoption, grandparent rights, termination of parental rights and abuse/neglect cases.

The biggest mistake a client can make is to obtain an attorney who dabbles in family law and does not know the rules and regulations of Family Court, especially at trial. Mr. Tilman appears in the Eighth Judicial District Court Family Division on a daily basis. Mr. Tilman has practiced primarily in family law since 1993 and has extensive divorce and custody trial experience.

In addition to family law, our practice also consists of criminal defense, "from traffic tickets to trafficking". Mr. Tilman's background in criminal defense includes working for the San Francisco Public Defender's Office, and being Court Appointed for Juvenile criminal matters and abuse/neglect cases.

Last, but not least, we also practice in Plaintiff's personal injury matters. Mr. Tilman works with a number of physicians, chiropractors and therapists who will insure that "making you whole after an accident" is just as important as obtaining funds for property damage and suffering.
